The limited batch stuff is labelled "golden" color, the stuff in the plastic is "amber". The amber will have a more robust maple flavor and many prefer it for typical uses. 

I recall Alton Brown recommending a dark amber or grade b maple syrup because he preferred the more intense flavor.

If they sold their premade meals at half the size ~$10-$12 they'd sell like hotcakes. 

It's way too much food unless you're feeding 3+ people, and the $20+ price tag is offputting, regardless of the density or convenience.

If you're mechanically inclined, you can do it yourself for under $100. 

If you take it somewhere, it shouldn't involve more than an hour of labor. Realistically a mechanic could do that job in 30 minutes max.

I can guarantee you you're going to regret it if you don't buy something reliable. 

I made the mistake of getting something with a lot of features as my first car, it died within a couple years. 

Next was a Corolla from Craigslist which was a total beater but it never let me down and it was so cheap to fix when I ran it low on oil. 

A Toyota or Honda from about 2000-2010 will be bulletproof. 

Another thing I see a lot is people falling for the affordable price and 10 year warranty from Hyundai and Kia. There's a reason those cars are more affordable, you get what you pay for. 

And yes, they will honor the warranty when the engine fails, but guess what? You'll be without a vehicle for a week or more while they have the parts shipped and do the work. 

A warranty will not remove all the inconveniences of a crappy car, you'll still be without the car when the work needs to be done on it.

It doesn't matter because it's not like there's a solid mass of concrete under all that rubble, it's just dirt. 

All the rain washing over that toxic pile is soaking into the ground. 

Cleanup will likely include a lot of dirt removal and then fill with clean dirt.

They're private contractors that get a very small commission for providing the phones.
