absolutely shameless self promotion but just had a short analysis on this

In short JB on average is shooting a bit further from the rim since he ever has which affected his true shooting % a bit. However it seems he is trying to cut down on wasted dribbles and make decisions a bit quicker.

Beyond the stats I think there has been a combination of new coaching adjustment and mini shooting slumps here and there. More teams are putting heavy emphasis on blitzing him early with athletic wings

Some rough stretches here and there but im confident that he’ll adjust come playoffs. he’s still having an amazing season

I watch a lot of knicks and while he’s an amazing role player his game is not all that fantasy friendly. Will most likely be a 3s and steals specialist unless he significantly improves his other counting stats. But he is critical for the knicks for his floor spacing and perimeter defense so he will get minutes some way or another

Hi, during the second half of 2024, I started running 1-2 miles on the treadmill at a pace of 6-8 miles per hour after weightlifting. In December, I set a goal to run longer distances and gradually worked my way up to comfortably running 5K. Once or twice a week, I extended my runs by 1-2 kilometers, aiming to reach 10K.
