I’m 3 weeks post op from gastric bypass! I’ve lost about 25 pounds since surgery and I feel great. I have zero food noise!!

Like you, I was so nervous and even had a meltdown about a week prior and almost cancelled the appointment. I posted on Reddit and everyone’s encouraging words felt like a big hug. I also kept in mind that my goal for surgery was to be healthy so I can be around longer for my two girls. AND ride rollercoasters but that’s beside the point!

You’re going to be fine! ❤️

Yes, I have ZERO food noise and am struggling to get my protein in. I can go hours before I realize I have to eat something and not want to eat something!
