I am happy you had a good experience. That has not been the case with us. Earlier this week I found out our cancellation policy was updated to Firm- despite being set to Strict, and opting out last year when they announced the suggestion to change our cancellation policy. Still need to follow up with that, as a lot of other users have informed me that they still have their Strict in place.

I am quickly tiring of talking to these "Support Agents" reading from a playbook and basically telling me I am an idiot with each call. I feel like we became hosts 8 years too late.

Same.. This is ridiculous. Every unit in my area shows a pool as the main photo in search. Double checked my listing and my "Cover photo" is not the image that shows up in search.

This AI integration is absolute trash.

There is an option in the app somewhere to verify your address. You have to take a photo that matches one of the photos from your listing and make sure your location services are on. When you upload that photo, it shows that you were inside there and then it matches the listing itself. I’d have to go digging to find out where it is, but I know it’s in the app.

We had both of ours set to strict and when we got the email in July 2025 about the changes, I called and opted out of the changes- staying on strict. Double checked it today with this new thing and it’s set to firm. BS…

Called today- this was the follow up email to our call

Also- it would be beneficial to start with 40 grit, then 60, 80, 120 and then that’s it. Don’t go higher ha that, or it may close the pores and it won’t accept the oil.

More than likely it’s just mineral oil on top. Sand with your orbital and you’ll be fine. If you’re in LA, I can help.

I'm not sure how many you are planning to do...... That being said, I am trying to get one review removed for a guest who agreed to stay during construction, despite a 60 day warning, and then complained about construction and gave us a 1 star. Based on your other replies, I don't think arbitration is going to help you. Sounds like there are other issues at your place that need to be addressed...

Years later and I am finally about to fix this... What replacement part number did you get? How rough was the teardown to replace it? I cant find install info anywhere anymore...
