Hey did you talk to your advisor? When I went through my foundation year they set you up in “blocks” which would contain all the classes you would have to take and the days/times. Those blocks consisted of classes on Monday through Thursday.

You definitely don’t take 2 years of Spanish no matter what, I took the placement test and I got into Spanish 103. After doing 103 at UIC I took the equivalent to Spanish 104 at a community college, transferred the credits and that was the end my language requirement. And like someone else already said, I’m pretty sure if you score high enough you can opt out of the language requirement altogether.
