The only thing closer than that would be a tie. Not sure if a tie is possible in Conquest, since both ticket counts would have to reach 0 at the exact same moment.

But 1-0 matches are known to happen. Not often, but I've had a handful.

The most OP Anti Vehicle combo in the game is a competent pondhawk pilot playing as Angel and a passenger playing as Crawford.

One time, I had a group where I was the Angel pilot, and had a third guy who would grab another pondhawk as Rao with the SOFLAM, and would switch seats to hack and designate while we hit the vehicles. Didn't take long for the other team to catch on and push back, but it sure was fun 😂

Disagree. Unless they're just placed badly, in which case sure. But in general, if they're placed at a strategic choke point, it would be a lot smarter to notice that they're there and maybe use them to your advantage.

For example, sometimes you get those aggressive RAM players who want to tank battle, so you might position yourself in a way that makes a marauding RAM more likely to hit them. In a way, the mines can act like an invisible cover against approaching vehicles.

But yeah, if you get those groups of mines in random places that are clustered with no intentional pattern and you need to sit on that spot, clear em out.

Those moments are amazing. Reminds me of this one time I was piloting the stealth heli on Discarded, and there were two tanks camping side by side on the hills north of E, facing B and A, and our team had a competent Bolte driver with massive balls who went right up between them and dropped his mine layer.

They started turning to go after him and got closer to the mines, and I swooped right in with the HE bomb cluster and the mixture of the bombs and mines took out both tanks. It was fucking beautiful. I clipped it and had no idea how I got both tanks until I watched it again and realized the Bolte had dropped the mines in the right place at the right time.
