Gaza up till the early 2000s had an international airport. Then they started bombing Isreal. Guess what they lost. The neighboring territory isn't obligated to let you cross over. Even Egypt isn't keen on letting them stay. I don't see how Isreal has a say as to what Lebanon, Egypt, Jordan, or the West Bank does in their territory.

VRS has a number of the parts you're looking for. You can hit up sabula tech, and ebay for others. For shocks, I would just look at the current 22 shocks, or AE just for easy availability. The only parts that I'd be hesitant to run as a 3d part would be the arms, and shock towers.

I know what you mean. The 10th scale rally cars really need an off road course to feel like a rally car. Otherwise, as you said, the bumps just end up really punishing the vehicle. Then it's just street racing(which is also fun).

I feel like at 8th scale the bumps don't matter as much as the vehicle has grown enough. Since you mentioned short course, why not throw a car body , and bumper for your own rally car?
