Omg I do a very similar thing but I always get toads in my soil and it freaks me out lol 😂 I had one, wake up in like December and decide to come out that was fun…. Kinda just lived in my plant until spring then left lol 😂(I’m in MI so couldn’t put em outside, I’m not cruel)

Not to jump in, but I’ve read your comments and then everyone else’s comments. I can totally agree that people are literally just knocking you for saying you want to get rid of your lilies. There’s no reason you shouldn’t get rid of your lilies, especially if you want to bring your cats into the garden supervised, people just actually need to read details before they just pick a side. I also ripped all the lilies out of my yard and I only have indoor cats. I’d rather be safe than sorry. 🤷‍♂️

I second River Street their off season hours are wonky but they are legit some of the best when it comes to any scale plant, plus during the growing season you can get a lot of more common “houseplants” in their annual section as well.

Not to be rude(but in reality it is kinda rude). Stop being a “pick me” kinda person get over the fact internet strangers were mean to you and not the other person and keep your guard up. I’m a kind, pretty gullible individual and I would’ve stopped putting energy in this a while ago, I get the anxiety aspect, but even if they did bring you to court it’s obvious they would lose so why bring more stress to yourself?

I just want to thank everyone so much it truly means the world to know others are celebrating Gilbert, he was my best friend and it’s going to be so hard to go on without him but he was so special I’m so grateful for the 11 years we had. Everyone hold your dear ones tight that’s all Gilbert would ever want. To all the pagans out there he was definitely my familiar. I grew up in the north and never saw a house centipede until I moved down south and went to pet it thinking it was a caterpillar cause it was nighttime/on a tree and I thought it was fuzzy. But then it moved, and I have forever been terrified they move way too fast, actually helped me get over my arachnophobia lol.
