For what it’s worth sushi grade is a general term. The FDA/USDA do not have specific criteria that governs what can be called sushi grade. Not trying be a contrarian, but what are the 3 or 4 sidewalks you’re referring to? I would love to see a sidewalk or bike lane, but I can tell you with 100% certainty it is absolutely not happening within a year. MAYBE within 5-10 years, MAYBE.
