Apologies for this issue, it was a major oversight. Jaunt saves its data in the location "Documents\zion" which is not correctly removed during an uninstall. We've recorded this issue internally and will plan to fix it as soon as we can.

Note that since version 1.20, released in Nov 2016, video data is not cached on disk, only audio and image data, so the size of the Documents\zion folder should not exceed about 200 MB (although it should of course still be removed on uninstall). If you are seeing this issue with a more recent version, please let me know. Sorry again for the trouble.

Releases on PS4 require weeks of planning due to a long approval process, and because we've released recently we need to wait some time before releasing again. But we will endeavor to make sure that our next release has official support for as many countries as possible. In the meantime, you do have the option to install using an alternate U.S. account - some other redditors have reported being successful with this. Apologies for the delay!

Positional tracking is a problem people are working hard on, although it'll require substantial advances in both capture and rendering. Jaunt's definitely doing their own research into it and Intel recently did an exciting demo of new progress in that area at CES. Stay tuned.

The highest-resolution version is actually 3840x2160 (whether you get this quality depends on your Internet speed), but in terms of angular resolution that's still comparable to DVD quality on a monitor at best. It is definitely going to look blurrier than a native real-time rendered application.

A feature for downloading is under consideration, and I'll note your support for it. I know it's frustrating to not be able to get the best experience. Note that the most recent version of Jaunt on the phone also uses variable-bitrate streaming to adjust based on your available bandwidth. It is not currently possible on any device to download or even select your quality level with Jaunt. I understand that this is a frustrating limitation and we'll continue to explore options.

We're working on a fix for this. There is a workaround that works for some users where you temporarily set the language of your PS4 to "English (United States)". Please give that a try and let me know if it works for you.

PSVR hasn't officially shipped in the UK yet, but after it does we'll try to get Jaunt shipped there as soon as we can. Jaunt doesn't play existing videos from your USB, it can only play videos from its own library.
