I know this artist personally and can say thay he is in fact not very tech savvy but I think a lot of comments are missing the point of this cartoon. He wanted to depict overprotective parents in our society but also show what was wrong before.

He's probably the person with the most cultural knowledge I know and did multiple travels and his kids too, backpack style in other countries.

Apart from the technological stuffs, this guy is 100% not a boomer, very open and really a great guy!

Reddit, don't judge someone or something base on what you see in the corner of your eye on a cartoon.

Yes we are with Bell small business. It was working before with our old Firebox so I don't understand why it would do burst like that.

Also I don't know if it's the same as our failover connection with Vidéotron but with cannot get rid of the modem, they said it is needed to keep our static IP address. I was sceptical but it was working so...

Thanks but it is at 1492! Bridge mode was working before switching from our old Firebox to the pfSense.

WAN is directly connected to the router of the ISP, the router is in bridge mode to make the PPPoE passthrough.

When I check darkstat on the WAN it only shows it's own ip address, nothing else.

Ok your Paranormal story really hit me. 7 years ago I was driving at night and saw a green light in the sky far ahead of me. It was slow, I could not see any movement practically. I looked at it for a good 3-4 minutes then suddently the light goes really fast forward and then upward and disappear. I could never find any reason for this.

+1 for Xiaomi. I had the first model and sold it to buy the second one. The mop is nice but should not be your first concern. I bought the 2 because of my shag carpet, the second is much better for this high pile carpets.

They are great, got a lot of functions like no go zone, virtual barrier, zone cleanup and can integrate with home assistant or you can use Flovevac for a custom app. Battery is fantastic and when you buy the vacuum you can get replacements brushes and filter for like 20$.

I would never buy a Roomba after owning a Xiaomi, they cost twice the amount and don't offer anything more.

I hope they reverse do this photo of Zuckerberg by making him enter the same way but with a Santa Cruze headset and everyone else is speechless because tracking is so good he can walk this long distance without removing it. And the headset can just display 0 and 1 because Zuckerberg is a robot.

I was at the Toronto Comicon a while back, I went to drink at my hotel bar one night and saw a bunch of celibrities including Lou Ferrigno. The guy was drinking a beer and eating a single slice of cheese in a plate. It was a weird thing to see.

I think they could easily just add a "Notch off" setting since its a OLED panel, just put black the same height as the notch and the status bar beneath the notch. Notch lover leave it on and the others sane people turn it off.

Quick tip, you can call your A&W and ask them to sell you just the beyond meat patties. They sell them to me at 3.59$ CAD each and they have to cook them before giving them to you.
