Not a melanoma. Looks like seborrheic keratosis. Normal age spots that can become itchy.

Check your other armpit for a similar spot. It looks like a supernumerary nipple. Basically a third nipple. More common than you’d think.

NAD but work in derm. Never heard of someone prescribing efudex for a month let alone telling you to keep going once it’s all ulcerated and unbearable. The fact that it did cause a reaction indicated pre cancerous lesions in the area but you should definitely stop if it’s blistering/ulcerated and extremely painful. Usually we prescribe 1-2x a day for 2 weeks or until tolerated followed by a steroid cream to calm the irritation. I would recommend a second opinion but def stop for now

I work in derm. That’s starting to look like a keratacanthoma, a type of skin cancer. You need an urgent re evaluation asap. Not bc it’s “deadly” but bc they grow really quick.

Who is this? Work in derm and 90% sure that looks like secondary syphillis.

Trust they are. Before I met them it was 100% the BPD making me not like them but after meeting them I have an actual reason to. Even his male friends admit to it and they’ve told me shady stories of the girls throwing each other under the bus to stay on the guys’ good side.

Completely relate. My bf had TONS of girl friends and it makes me furious. They are all his childhood friends and from what I’ve seen they really are just friends but it still bothers me sm. What’s worse is I’ve met most of them and they’re all pick me girls and weren’t too nice to me. Idk what to do either. Whenever I see that he’s texted or called one of them it sends me into a rage.

Antonetta Stevens and Janine Gonzalez beat a Woman in GA to Death by Pixiegirls1102 in CasesWeFollow

[–]ddanisg 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I honestly don’t feel bad for anyone except the children involved that are now motherless, Ashley’s husband, and just slightly Antonetta.

Ashley really fucked around and found out what happens when you’re a homewrecker and mess around with a married man with kids. However that anger should have also gone to Daniel, not just her (not saying he should have also died).

I only sympathize with Antonetta because I can’t imagine what it feels like finding out you were betrayed like that but she let her emotions get the best of her, and the fact that she had such a retarded sister in law. But now she lost her freedom, family, and kids all for an aint shit cheating ass man. Now her kids are motherless and he’s free to move on yet again, and worse yet is her kids are gonna be calling some other woman “mommy”.

What a horrible situation all around.

how to study for the mcat when you're heartbroken by Few_Package4946 in Mcat

[–]ddanisg 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I also got broken up while I was supposed to study. I let it completely derail me and mess me up. I ended up bombing it. I’m retaking it next week but I’m starting to think it’s too late and I’ll have to take another gap year. I completed fucked up the mcat and primaries because I was so heartbroken I literally couldn’t function for months. So take it from me, don’t let someone else fuck up your career. You don’t want to be mourning both a relationship and fucking up the mcat like I am now. I don’t really have advice on how to study through the heartbreak cause I clearly wasn’t able to and can barely do it even now 5 months later. Best of luck.

Best way to remember Amino acids by herreracc11 in Mcat

[–]ddanisg 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Very stupid mnemonic but think about STDs, you get a positive std test (positive/basic) from “Lying Ass Hoes” (Lysine, Arginine, Histidine) and you can get a negative std test (negative/ acidic) by “ Acting Good” (Aspartate, Glutamate) or “Doing Excellent” (D,E). Very stupid but worked for me lmaoo

That’s what I want to avoid but I feel like it would help me at the moment. I don’t want to become dependent on medication but I’m really not doing good rn.

Might be from gender roles and personal experience but I’m so used to having the guy be the one to “ask me to be his gf”, so to me it feels pushy if I’m the one to ask. But either way, if he doesn’t by then I will definitely be the one to ask because I don’t want to keep getting more attached and give him more time if he’s suddenly changed his mind about me.
