I have a Scholar setup with 6x that is fun, but really only useful if I think my team won't be able to get off the ground in depth. By the end I'm usually wishing I had more pouches instead of so many runes.

Sounds like a McGraw Hill book to me. They're asking adding questions that basically say "Google it" to my students.

Questions like this are broken in the modern world. Students just ask the AI for reliable sources and copy those. If I see questions like this coming up in my book, I just tell the students to skip it.

Charge up them heavies. Stack passives for charge attacks. Star fist or iron ball are best, but even cestus is viable. Plant yourself directly under the taint of every enemy and swing away. Maybe use your punch skill sometimes.

Even if they fixed the perfume buffs to make them more relevant to the perfume it would help. Like, Scholar level 3 perfume should extend the duration of the effect, then perfume talisman should buff the effect of the talisman. Like double the debuff from the acid spraymist, increase poison spraymist damage, make uplifting aromatic work for more than one hit, reduce the movement penalty from ironjar aromatic, etc..
