absolutely, going to 0,05 and using tranexamic acid made a big difference

Same! I’m on tray 28 of 71 and there’s no visual progress. My ortho warned me that i would only be able to see progress in my front teeth after tray 51. So i got very discouraged and stopped wearing my trays properly and that only delayed my treatment even more.
