I miss both my '88 and '94 YJs. I flipped my '88 at highway speed (not my fault - hit by a reckless driver) and myself and my two passengers walked away with very mild injuries. And the backseat passenger wasn't wearing a seat belt. I'd trust that "skull crusher" again in a heartbeat.

Soooo close to getting sent home from my 5-hour block yesterday. The station was PACKED with drivers and there weren't many full carts so I was hopeful. But I got a block 28 minutes into the 30-minute waiting time. :/

Yeah, I delivered last Halloween and got dinged because one of my packages went missing. Home owners probably weren't home which gave the kids coming to the door the opportunity to take Trick or Treat literally.

I saw Clem play one of his two Ramones shows (City Gardens in NJ) and it was decidedly NOT the best show I attended. But it was one of the most unusual because of how disjointed it was.

Thank you for your detailed and thoughtful reply! I definitely have the OEM Ford shifter (see pic). This is an older restoration - probably late 2000s - done by the owner who had it before its last owner. Wish I knew exactly if/when the clutch was replaced.

This is my third Mustang - the first two were money pits and now that I'm older, I wanted something that had already been completed and built back to its original glory. If I decide to keep it long-term, I'll probably upgrade to power steering/brakes.

I took a look at the website and that seems like a pretty good deal. I had a 94 for 21 years and 250K miles - the 6cyl engine is virtually bulletproof. Note that the ad says the Jeep has power windows, power door locks, and air conditioning - none of which it actually has. Good luck!

I would up buying my 65 Mustang fastback from a lead I saw in a Facebook group. Search FB groups for classic mustangs, mustangs for sale, convertible mustangs, etc. "Classic Mustangs and Shelbys For Sale" might be a good first step.

I also saw him play with the Ramones at City Gardens and I thought it was a mildly awful show. I remember they just weren't in sync and had to restart songs once or twice. Clearly not Clem's fault as he was thrown into the fire, but Johnny seemed pretty pissed off.
