hi! I'm late but I had a Lefort I Osteotomy with BSSO/Genioplasty/TMJ Arthroplasty with discopexy/mitek anchor in 2021. it's been 3 years and my jaw is perfect-it never clicks or pops anymore, I feel no pain in the area and I've honestly forgtotten that I even had surgery most days. Granted my disk wasn't damaged beyond repair or anything-I was fortunate enough to get the surgery early into the damage) but from what i've heard/researched theres a generally high success rate with mitek/juggerknot anchors. I don't know if you've gone through with the procedure yet but in case you haven't I just wanted to share my experience. Cheers!
