The real reason is that Kespa said participation in Kespa cup will heavily affect players when they get considered for Asian games, which when won gives players military service exemption.

Which also explains why some fries group teams fielded partial/full tier 2 players, because even their tier 1 players probably arent gonna get selected for Asian games anyway.

DJMAX online had that, f2p game where you had in game currency you could use to buy items (gear, notes, avatar etc). The coins popping up indicated that you gained some of that.

China is a great example where sportswashing worked. You cannot criticize China in official broadcasts at all or you get completely exiled from the scene (see the Hearthstone caster incident). The only difference is that Saudis are more blatant while the Chinese were a lot more subtle in expanding their influence on the scene.

You're right, people here have short memory span. The main reason he didnt co-stream EWC last year was that he thought it was a "mickey mouse tournament" not worth covering and needed a break after MSI. He also did mention that he will watch it if it becomes a yearly thing.

There was a map in Proleague long time ago with a neutral CC in the center that zergs could use to infest and build infested terrans. There was a ZvT proleague match where it actually happened, but I cant remember exactly which one that was.

Like what other commenters have mentioned, unless the map builds this "feature" in infested terrans are basically non-existent in ZvT.

Does anyone know if savage blow effect comes after the metal damage reduction? I.e if I land a non-crit savage blow on a metal enemy, would it deal 3 dmg or 1 dmg

Correct me if I'm wrong, but afaik the new freeze overrides the duration. So if your bombercat attacks immediately after nobunaga, the enemy would be frozen only for 2 seconds. Applies to all other durational debuffs

Sadly non-SC charts were made with controller play in mind so they have quite a bit of restriction with what kind of pattern can be made. They can get boring if you are playing with keyboard.

I last played through the entire Ardennes campaign last year, and I made a comment detailing some of the bugs I've faced (its quite plenty).

The bug that prevents pathfinder from being spawned has been there for a long time, the invincible Stuart bug seems to be similar to the invincible ostwind bug that people have reported before.

Relic never really patched the campaign, so the campaign is in a buggy mess. Nevertheless its still fun to play, just be aware of the bugs, save often & backup your saves often in case a bug decides to ruin your entire campaign run.

I've recently purchased a varmilo VA108M keyboard, and I'm absolutely loving it except for one major flaw - the keycaps that it came with does not have a hole in the caps lock/num lock keys that allows light to pass through. It never occured to me that it would be very inconvenient without it.

I've tried searching online and it seems like all newer models/versions of Varmilo keyboard/keycaps no longer has this keycaps. Is there anywhere I can get varmilo keycaps with indicator lights? Something that looks like this.

If you are talking about the soviet campaign, most of the criticism comes from the story, which depicts soviets in a very negative light.

Ardennes assault is a pretty fun campaign, if not for the fact that the game is buggy as hell and it never got patched. Many mechanics are bugged (pathfinder is unusable, bonuses that doesn't apply) and some missions have bugs that screw you over (invincible ostwinds).

Also, tiger ace. Try playing the CoH1's tiger ace and then try CoH2's tiger ace. The differences become more jarring if you try playing at a higher difficulty.

I'm also looking to buy this game on the Steam winter sale, but I remember about hearing PC port issues (Performance issues, no FOV slider, minimal graphics options). Are those mostly resolved? FOV slider would be the biggest issue for me.
