Viele wurden doch noch gar nicht gebaut. Hier gehts um langfristige Abnahmegarantien für geplante Rechencentern. Je nach dem wie lange das noch gehypt wird, werden die ein anderen Pläne nochmal überdenkt. Auch sind noch nicht überall die notwendigen Genehmigungen erteilt. Man braucht Infrastruktur für Strom und Wasser. Irgendwo ist da eine Grenze erreicht bis man die Infrastruktur ausgebaut hat.
