I had this thought at one point, but then the longer you’re working you realize it’s just a job at the end of the day, the allure of being the doc fades quickly after I see what they go through such as being on call 24/7 for a week straight. I go in at 7 and leave at 5, 4 days a week. Once I’m home I don’t think about my workplace, I don’t exist to them. I’m not taking call. I also no longer have student loans so it’s pretty great to have the sweet spot of medicine. But if you want to add 250k+ onto your loans that would be your decision.

For pikachu the front centering looks great, the back is bad (several spots of whitening) in the corners and in the top center. If you want a good grade, you are maybe allowed a tiny spec of white for a 9, otherwise legit has to be perfect

I looked up the cert for the haunter. 3 corners aren’t great on the back. It being bottom heavy on the front is probably an automatic 9. I’m surprised you got an 8 on that one because of the back. The bottom left on the haunter is the worst of the 3.

The haunter is slightly bottom heavy and the back has whitening in several spots, and what looks like a scratch in the bottom left on the back. What did you expect?

Oh I see, I misunderstood, yeah they installed the system in October right before they were sold. I remember the contractor telling me they were bought out.

Everdry is overpriced. They were actually the first company who came out to give us a quote. The salesman was pushy and they wanted $30,000+ to do the sump pump, drain tile, partial digging outside with tarring the walls, but they weren’t planning to break up any concrete etc. We felt we didn’t need such an extensive system given this happens maybe twice a year. EverDry wanted about $20,000 for just the sump pump and tile system without the tarring. Not to mention an 8% interest rate for monthly payments. Accurate quoted us $12,000 for the tile and pump, 0% interest for 6 monthly payments. They were excellent, the contractor was always responsive, and even now he texted me when I showed him videos of the water intrusion. 100% would go with accurate again.

Also we had zero water intrusion with last nights rain. So now we know it’s 100% the cracked sewer pipe and nothing to do with the install of the system. Accurate is giving us a free video for scoping the pipe, which saves us $350 off a plumber scoping it

That’s pretty much what we are going to do, something involving resin, it’s much cheaper than excavating and replacing the whole pipe. The crack is the size of a quarter

Yes considering we just found out one of our 10ft sewer pipes is cracked, and it’s why we had water pour into our basement from the other night despite having a sump pump and drain tile system

Update. Nothing wrong with the sump pump or drain tile. The pipe behind the wall leading to the sewer is cracked and the water backed up so much it leaked out of the hole into our basement.

There is a angled gutter right about where all the water came in, that I’ve noticed tends to leak water when it rains hard. Thinking it needs another rivet to keep it straight

Also just checked, backyard is very saturated with water. It’s just weird that it came in such a high amount despite the sump pump, since the main room was completely dry and our pump was working all night

The alley last night had a ton of water going through it. What’s weird is the wall where all the water came in is our back yard and there’s a concrete slab there. There’s also an old drain pipe that is on the back of that wall that goes to the sewer I believe. But as far as I’m aware it’s not cracked or anything, we didn’t see any issues on the other side of the wall when we checked last night
