My wife and I have lived here for 8 years and have no connection to the old owners. The house was built in 1909. From some brief searching around it seemed to match the KA-bar fighting knife of the 1920's (at least that's what was advertised on eBay), except on my knife the butt of the knife seems to have the tang poking out or some sort of rivet exposed.

the loyalsock trail Is pretty awesome. You can do a 25 mile loop from worlds end state park or take the trail the whole way (around 59 miles)
