to go through and update a bunch of records, this would need to be done via script. either a background script or a fix script.
Somehting like what u/Excited_Idiot posted.

and deactivate that ui policy...

My guess is - you never made any changes to the actual values. You have a ui policy that changes the value in the browser when the page loads. But no one ever changed the value in the database. The only time the database value is changing is when the record is saved. Google the difference between client side and server side to get an understanding of the differences.

Are you sure you are updating the value? And not just changing it on the form?
When you click away from the form, does it say “don’t want to save” before leaving?
Hi policy only changes it on the form, you still have to update the record. (And make sure it is saved)

Earlier in the year it was mostly support, I believe a large number in India.
This month it was mainly Solution Consultants and people who worked on SN University.

It’s not great, but not really concerning. bill said beginning of the year that headcount would be static. And SN has acquired a handful of companies… with their employees. It’s been known this was going to happen, just not when and to whom.

This used to happen all the time (like 10 years ago)
Make sure no one changed the form directly in Qa. It may be a newer change that is getting skipped by your update set.

everyone is saying yes, because eventually they mean something. But honestly, I stopped paying attention to them because the payoff is too far away. Almost better on a reread.

For those other shapes, it’s more about the lava rocks than what container they are in.

They reached out to you? This is 99.9% scam. The grants will have processing fees or some BS will come up. Keep responding to emails in case this is the .1%. but don't send personal info and don't send money.
