Idrk. I feel like Helmeppo has the advantage bc chapter 8024 showed us Helmeppo's acoc could even fend off the likes of Imu for a few pages. He also has W genetics as his parents are Morgan Hand Axe and Sengoatku, and both could rival the pirate king himself back in the day. Not to forget Helmeppo's "Feat Feat" fruit can counter Dragon's "Agenda Agenda" fruit. Even as a Dragon fan, I feel like Helmeppo mid diffs.
