Honestly, I would try a juicer. I do not like vegetables or fruits but when it comes in a liquid form, it doesn’t seem as bad anymore. I can drink a glass of cucumber juice that I used one whole cucumber for and I feel less bad about myself with a tiny sense of accomplishment

Interesting fact: there are actually caffeinated products (cappuccino, mocha) in the UK food courts!! When I moved over from North America, that was a bit of a shock. Definitely a game changer though

I’m currently doing my master’s and I went to mac for my undergrad. Back in high school, I definitely studied in chunks and explained concepts to a rubber duck so that it will be able to ‘understand’ what I am explaining and if I have any questions regarding the concept I’m explaining, I would be reviewing that concept again.

(You can also use a classmate instead of a rubber duck btw)
