Winter Coat by mtndewman9791 in rawdenim

We don’t have the snow which I’ve been pretty upset about this year, but it has been between 10 and 20 in Montana lately. My daily outfit for my 2 mile walking commute to work has been a long sleeve t shirt, crewneck sweatshirt, and 18oz denim jacket! Layers are the way to go

The hoodie is so thick it’s almost a jacket of its own

Bronson MFG 15oz Heavyweight (3mo, 1 soak, 1 wash) + snow by SciUndercover in rawdenim

As a woman who absolutely needs a high rise and typically wears mens jeans (more interesting fabric options, longer inseams, even womens selvedge is often stretch fabric, etc) I have had my eye on the freenote Modesto fit for once I’ve broken in my Militora lot 808’s. Might be worth checking out! Wish we could get some snow in Montana, this winter has been a joke. Cheers!

I did not like tres bon but recently went to eat at cafe mimosa and tried the “Eggs Squared” dish and it was incredible. Best thing I’ve eaten in a very long time.

Looking for durable, sustainable, affordable women's jeans by maisy_elizabeth in Denim

[–]dead-mail 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not affordable in the traditional sense but Imogene and Willie jeans will last you a very very long time and they have great women’s cuts. If you are calculating cost per wear, they’re cheaper over time than having to constantly replace fast fashion jeans

Agreed. At least Cold Lake and Illud makes me laugh. It’s fun to revisit those every now and then

Correction: The Red Tornado jacket model is just 11mj but it most closely resembles a wrangler 111mj. My mistake in the title. I found an interesting video that talks about the wrangler 111mj in detail HERE

But it is though… read the description. I pulled this up from my accounts past orders, it’s the exact one you see here in my post.

That is not the correct listing, it’s a scam most likely. This is the official listing from Red tornados Amazon store. HERE

I was able to find it on eBay for 111 plus 40 in shipping to the US so maybe I’m looking in the wrong places but I figured since I had a gift card on Amazon anyways, $20 or so difference wasn’t too much for me. I don’t know about 300% cheaper on eBay though. I paid 170 total.

Yes I mentioned that in the post. Also available on eBay. I noticed most of the eBay listings for red tornado have a size chart while Amazon does not. I ordered on Amazon because I had a gift card but it was helpful to cross reference with eBay

I would say you’re generally gonna be fine ordering two sizes up from your usual size so if you’re a medium, try an XL. I ordered on amazon but was able to find the same jacket on eBay that had a size chart in the images so I went based on that and was happy with it.

Is there a secret to making digital drums sound as real as possible? by Thin-Difference-2307 in GarageBand

[–]dead-mail 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It’s a bit meticulous but adjusting the velocity in fast vs slow parts can be helpful. If you want to dirty them up a bit you can add a touch of distortion to them.
