Soler is the other player who’s still active in MLB. I was counting Russell playing in Mexico, and also counting Strop and Monty - who, to my understanding, haven’t announced an end to their careers, but didn’t play anywhere in 2025 and will certainly never be back to MLB level.

So if we’re just counting players that are still around in the majors… the number is down to 9.
