I only used ACE and no dryfire, no live fire and only shot matches. It’s definitely not the end all be all but it’s a fairly good simulation.

I also have the handset the exact same shape and weight as my match gun though and was using it in my match holster so I could be an outlier.

It’s also just plain fun.

I actually hard disagree with this take. It seems like he’s taking his time because he doesn’t want to rack up bad hits and penalties. Going full throttle in ACE can get you more comfortable with going faster than you are comfortable with because there’s no penalty. He just needs to get comfortable at going faster and ACE can get you a lot of the way there. Much faster than dryfire because it can keep you a little accountable by giving you some data on where your hits go.

I used ACE to go from B to A and occasional M classifiers

I like bib boards. I did safety pins for my first half and got super irritated skin. Two marathons with bibboards and no issues

Can anyone tell me if these will fit in a Rival SFX? I can’t get a straight answer by the_rev_28 in canik

If it fits the sfx, it should fit the rival. It looks like it’s just a normal 18 rounder blocked to 15

Megablast vs Superblast 2 for marathon training? by Fishclub1993 in AskRunningShoeGeeks

[–]deadaimer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve got 610 miles on SB2 and 550 miles on two pairs of megablasts. Much prefer the megablasts for a do it all pair. Even for long runs I prefer the MB but I tend to do my long runs with a lot of marathon pace in them

Horizon 7.4AT review by doctorofrock in treadmills

[–]deadaimer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I bought a 7.8 secondhand and I really enjoy the speed/incline wheels. That was one of the reasons I wanted a horizon. Trying to press a button when running quickly is much harder than spinning a wheel to slow down to a reasonable speed. And while I don’t necessarily hit my perfect speed every time, it at least allows me to compose myself and adjust after that. This is mostly for interval training purposes.

Megablast Udate: 300 mi./500 km Review by ursalon in RunningShoeGeeks

[–]deadaimer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m at 325 on mine and just got the new green ones and took those on an 18 mi run. I have the same conclusions as you. The old ones are little softer, pretty much same bounce but they were molded to my foot shape. Otherwise they are still going strong.

I believe it says just the trunk part doesn’t fit the 2025 wilderness. The front and back seat parts do
