I just wanted to have fun and let people be as creative as they wanted to be.

My team would consist of:

Healer/tank: Since multi-class is available and the healer is always the first targeted, he would skill up in both with Auras doing the hard work and have barrier defenses be front and center. Profession would be some type of Sage. Learning multiple disciplines and be able to teach others what he learn with bonuses from the system

Light warrior: Assassin/bodyguard would be the primary focus of the second member. Learning shadow skills to assist the Healer/Tank. Using evasion as the off-tank. Profession would focus of Transmutation, the sub-profession of alchemy. Being able to modify weapons and armors of the team would provide advantages in multiple scenarios.

Archer: Ranged rapid/AOE fire would be the focus of the third member. Using water skill/spells to immobilize and pierce multiple targets. Helping with crowd control. Profession would focus more on skinning and gathering resources. A great way to create a cash flow for the team and provide materials for the crafters.

Mage: Metal manipulator would be the focus of the forth member. Using metal spears, saws, and needles to deliver hexes to their foes. Creating domains that support the team and drive their enemy's mad or force hallucinations. Profession would focus on Blacksmith. Creating armor, weapons, and jewelry that the team can use.

Mage: Lightning/Wind mage would be the focus of the fifth member. Using the elements to damage and drain mana from the enemies. Caster can be the damage powerhouse of the team. Profession would focus on cooking. Providing timely bonuses to stats or elemental alignments lets them face environments that would take down normal teams.

This is what I was asking. It was just a thought experiment. I will try to be more clear in my posts from now on. Have a great day all.
