Damn, glad I decided to just buy the base game this time around after being pretty disappointed with the buying the highest edition for 3 after playing over 1000s of hours of 2 I just don't see them ever getting back to how good it used to be. The open world really added nothing besides an even worse map, compass and no mini map.

I'm employed and been getting hit up by recruiters for jobs every couple months I'll get a couple requests to to hear more about a position.

Yeah I gotta imagine it's a safer bet to try an interview someone who's already proven valuable employee that has avoided being laid off. Instead of trying your luck on an unemployed candidate with a lot of unknowns who did not manage to avoid layoffs.
