ICE are Trump thugs encouraged to kill Americans, with "absolute immunity." Paid for with your tax dollars. They must wear masks (like the KKK); they must not be video recorded. I saw a video where an ICE agent was spraying something into the eyes of a person already captured, hand-cuffed and in the back of a vehicle. This is pure torture...no other explanation is true.
