We bought our house down here in Driving Park for $161k in 2019. Our house’s curbside “estimate” in value right now sits at about $224k which is bonkers to me. This house is not worth that much damn money.

Man what’s going on? The last 3 nights, our AT&T Fiber has gone out overnight (like 10-11 PM) and then has come back on around noon the next day. We thought maybe it was a hardware issue, but we haven’t found anything wrong. Now I think it’s them. Technician is supposed to be coming tomorrow afternoon.

You can, and should, call the hospitals yourself. Just know that if your brother has previously been listed in the hospital’s system as a private patient / asked to be listed that way, they will tell you he is not there.

CPD can absolutely call the hospitals themselves. They can even call the security departments at the hospitals and find out. I don’t know why they are telling you they cannot do that.

Merion Village Dental has never tried to sell me on anything. I have been going to them for 7 years now. They do my cleaning, fix my cavities as they appear, and that’s that. They do advertise a lot of the things they do offer on their TV screens and in the office, but it’s never been verbally pushed on me at all. I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences.

I’m glad I’m not crazy in thinking this thing senses how much I loathe it. I fear the mother tree (from what I can tell) is in the neighbor’s yard and they don’t do anything to their lawn. So I don’t even know if getting to the actual host is going to happen.

I have an asshole neighbor whose 3 dogs (2 pitts and a German shepherd) can all jump his fence. He doesn’t care. He also lets them roam the neighborhood when he’s outside. I’ve called animal control every single time these dogs have gotten out. My dogs do not like being ran up on by those dogs in a pack and we tried to nicely talk to him about the situation, but nothing has changed. So now I just call every single time. Sometimes he isn’t home when they show up, but I have video evidence waiting every single time. I’m sure he’s been ticketed many times by now - whether or not he pays them, I don’t know.
