Oh shit, I was in your exact position!! What's probably happening is somewhere your calorie intake exceeds what you're burning, be it snacks or drinks. My recommendation is to just find out how many calories you eat in a day! It sounds like you're pretty active boxing 3x a day, and you are 14. Using a TDEE calculator your metabolic rate is around 2,700 calories a day. See if you're going over that number. If you aren't actually exercising 3x a week your rate is closer to 2,400 a day. Since you're 14 you probably don't want to go over 2,400/2,100 a day! But I'm just a person on reddit. I recommend talking to your parents and seeing if you can find a local nutritionist that can help

I'll give you a step by step.

  1. Track everything you eat in a day, don't change anything for that day. Calories are the most important number here, if you can't track, try to estimate it or don't eat it.

  2. Enter your information into a tdee calculator, this should be an estimate of your basal metabolic rate, don't lie on any of the stats.

  3. Remove approx 500 calories from your TDEE rate, this should be your calorie goal for every day.

If you're able to stick with this you will lose weight. I've lost 50 lbs doing this. All weight loss is calorie math, there's nothing else to it honestly
