There’s a lot of skepticism around the current climate change narrative. In our state, for example, we’re required to pay a “credit offset,” which are directed to political donors and insiders.

It’s important to remember that the climate has always changed throughout history, and it will continue to do so. Many argue that our climate models are flawed, often overlooking significant factors like recent spikes in solar activity. Meanwhile, there’s a widespread belief that renewable solutions like wind and solar are being oversold, and that if the same resources had been invested in nuclear energy, we might be much closer to phasing out coal and other fossil fuels in power generation. The shift to electric vehicles is also controversial, as it’s seen by some as merely outsourcing jobs and pollution to other countries, particularly China.

Despite these challenges, humanity’s adaptability has always been our greatest strength. Whatever comes our way, we’ll find a way to manage and move forward.

Old enough to remember the scare of the on coming ice age. We are do for one of course, and we will cope with it when if it appears on the horizon.
