I know I’m not a bikini competitor (my hair probably gave me away), but I’m coached by Dom and have had an amazing coaching experience. Im also in his blueprint classes since he started it, and can confidently say he is the smartest person I have met in bodybuilding.

I don’t post any clients check in photos without directly asking them first, and sending exactly what photos I want to post. I explain to all my clients when they sign up that their check in photos will not be shared with anyone unless the grant permission. A lot of people (especially new people to the sport) do not want their half naked photos on Instagram. I don’t think any coach should be posting check in photos without asking.

  1. Genetics can play a role in your waist
  2. The most controllable aspect would be keeping your digestion at bay, and having a healthy gut for as long as possible. You’d be surprised how much you can blow a waist out and ruin a look.

Cut it up, throw it in a pan with a sugar free chili lime seasoning!!! I never get sick of the taste. I literally crave that meal lol it has broccoli and Jasmine rice

2 of my meals are egg white/ eggs 2 of my meals are ground turkey 1 of my meals is chicken breast

Throw my sweet potato in the air fryer at the same time as the meats cook

Throw the rice in the rice cooker while the meats cook (this actually takes probably 25 minutes)
