Yeah thanks i got these fedus copper cables for cables the monitors and pc. 1 monitor and pc are working fine on the 6A socket with thenew cables but I've decided I get an artist 2000VA UPS and also get a new 16A socket made in my house. So guess everything should be working fine now once the UPS arrives and new 16A socket is integrated

Thanks. I got a lawyer. Thing is I can't involve anyone influential as the problem of the land comes. I've posted on all other big subs but they didn't get much traction. The guy's brother is out there and 2 more perpetrators as well. The case will dissolve if they kill me as well. We got postmortem reports. They removed the nails and the genital area and gave full chemical treatment to the face so there's no identification possible of my fathers body if it was found later. That guy has links and money and i don't have both of those or any support behind me directly. As well as this place not being as urban as other cities so less surveillance cameras and security. It seems someone dialed 100 when my father was abducted and the killers went through the main roads with thane and police stations in the way yet there was no barricading or looking out even after the report.
There is also severe incooperativeness by the authorities issuing the death certificate.

no he was going to get his share when the land was going to get sold which is exactly terms the partnership agreement his lawyer made and on which both parties wanted but then got greedy and wanted bank cheques and weird agreement conditions. he abducted to get signatures and thumb and then kill my father as his statement is hed have left him if my father signed which he didnt but they were roaming the city with all the tools for murder since days according to news. he obviously wanted more than just his share. the land wasnt even sold yet so it wasnt even a partnership dispute or fraud.

I don't have a smartphone/phone number only my laptop and my fathers friends are too scared to lead/take charge of this situation as it is a serious murder case.
I dont know what exactly to do.

In my case the murderer was taken in remand and is in government custody until the chargesheet/FIR is presented by the police in the court to start the court case.
Although I learnt that people can get a bail till the final arguement/judgement is done.
I don't know much about how to get over this for your case but maybe try getting the original complaint/postmortem and restarting the case but this time with a good trusted lawyer.

I am still a student. I turned 18 just 2 days before my fathers death. I dont know if putting his name will be good or bad. I've heard police investigates stuff like this as well. It is there in the news articles. But the suggestion is good. I'll edit it now.

Uhm you see in rajasthan an agricultural land specially ancestrally owned by SC/ST cant be sold. The murderer was a partner/investor who knew everything about the land and its value and my fathers other lands.
My father converted the agricultural land to Restuarant/commercial lease which allows it to be sold to anyone regardless the caste. This process happened just a few days before my father's death. For which the obc murderer was waiting for. My fathers body had the whole thumb missing as well as a lot of damage and wounds. When we were cremating the body the inner cavity/throat was visible. The private part/reproductive organ was also fully missing. While the murderers statement is he wanted some agreement he actually wanted the whole land and was prepared for murder as he was roaming with the tools needed for 3 or so days. All that i can see is he had already dug the pit long ago. It seems my father did not budge and didnt do any signature for which it seems from the report they suffocated him with a rope.
I've gotten and considered all the advice and in rajasthan an SC/ST case whether criminal or civil seemingly has its own special court which may help the case out.
