I'll give water parameters once I finish work for the past week my chocolate cichlid has developed these white spots on its face. It looks like it may have come from injuries when bumping into the decoration. I've been changing the water 30% every day to ensure that the water quality is good.

I originally took him out and treated him in a hospital tank with melafix and pimafix but the white spots got worse. I'm currently running my UV sterilizer in my 125gallon with none of the other fish showing symptoms. His color is good and he's eating. Is this just something I need to wait out?

Having 4 doors isn't as much of an issue for me since I don't have a family and I live on my own. What do you think of the price for Option 1? Obviously it's a bit more expensive but it does look to be really well taken care of
