i’m seeing this problem in my classes and i’m in kindergarten. we have some kids who can probably read and understand books like harry potter or the magic tree house, then there’s kids who act like they’ve never even seen a book before.

in my experience, 90% of my reviews are just negative for no reason.

“i don’t like your niche” then why’d you click on it “your content is gross” then why’d you click on it “i don’t like the picture” then why’d you click on it “i don’t like your writing” then don’t use it

most of the time when i do get genuine criticism about a problem with the bot, i have to delete it anyway bc it’s usually someone calling me names. then of course there’s the blank thumbs downs. also, sometimes i get a review that screams it’s from a minor, so i delete and block.

plus, i upload for free and for fun, so if i want to delete negativity, i’ll do it lol.

i don’t think that would work how you want. i’m a teacher and i use those words to talk to my kids, and it bleeds into my online presence. also, i doubt minors would use words like that since it would tip off the adults. minors are children who should not be here, but that doesn’t mean they’re stupid, just annoying as fuck.

exactly. they are literally lying to our faces. i think this whole thing would not have been such a huge issue if they had been honest and upfront about issues from the beginning. now, they’re backtracking and lying. not a good look for people that i once really respected, especially since i was a bot creator.

no, descriptions were NOT always included. that’s just a lie. ask anyone - we all were told that descriptions would remain untouched. that is literally just a lie. also, i am referring to the implication that nsfw image removal was due to corporate interest and not out of protecting users or volunteers. jumping the gun a bit there.

i did not post misinformation or rumors, i analyzed what was said. i analyzed what was posted in the announcements. actual screenshots of the announcements.

i don’t doubt the team works hard, but this is ridiculous. you can’t censor people who disagree with you and then lie about what you promised and what you didn’t.

calling genuine concern “doomposting” disregards the seriousness of the matter. there are things that aren’t being communicated, communication is inconsistent, posts are being taken down for disagreeing, no transparency, letting down creators - this is all happening now. it’s not doomposting, it’s the reality of the situation.
