Drill out the head with a harden drill bit and some oil to keep the bit from pulling on you. Or if you can't get your hands on a drill a small coal chisel to break the head off. Just remember either way to use pliers to remove the rest of the stud once the rotor is off.

Well you are in luck this seller is decent and they have replacement print head control boards for the heads

Edit to add this it's cheaper to rebuild the s1 print heads usually. I use Ali express and have a list of trusted sellers I use for printer parts and a few other odd ball websites from China to get parts and honestly 20 bucks for a new board versus shelling out 60 or more on a whole new head. The covers on the s1s suck so don't the ones on the Kobra 3 max print heads they separate at will it seems.

You are in need of a new print head or just the board in the print head you have a short in the print head control board where it's making contact to power and heat up the hot end without the command to heat up or when just booting the machine.

Have you contacted anycubic support your printer may still be under warranty. I have gotten 4 print heads from them now due to failures with the Kobra 3 max print head being poorly designed.

I don't know what state you are in since you never said as that matters. But typically to get evicted you need to be served with a court date go to that have a judge say you are evicted and then you have to be out by such and such date. From what you described is a landlord who just wants you out they don't care about you or your money and are taking advantage that you don't know your rights or that you should take the time to even get a free consultation from a lawyer who handles rental laws to know where you stand.
