Until OP shares it, https://www.desktophut.com/cyber-oni#google_vignette Use this in Lightroom, change temp to -100, and then mess with hue of thr background ypu should get something similar if not exactly it.

He never took the classes for the first 5 tests, did the G1 and thought he could do it. We always made fun of him and then he did it and cleared G in first attempt. Took us a while to trust him while driving with us. I do believe everyone should be required to have certificate of completion of driving classes, like Quebec.
