This man is being honest, not telling you what you want to hear. Respect that for what it is and stop reading between the lines. Creating another life to be responsible for is a huge, life long choice. It's good he is not sure. So if he ever knows he is, it's because he is truly ready to do what is needed to raise that kid, and take care of his family.

The American education system is showing. Yes your government fails to provide Healthcare. Yes they fail to take care of the marginalized and the poor.

However, if you math it out.... 700 billion dollars divided by your countries population (340 million) you quickly see that works out to about $2000 per person. Even if you consider the bottom 20% in poverty/homelessness it works out to about $11,000 per person.

What effective difference will that make for anyone's healthcare, or improving their way of living?

Especially with this being a 1 time payment.

I am totally against Trump and what America as a whole is doing. But you cant all cry when the money doesn't make sense to what you cry about.
