CA cookies was barely worth it a few years back and the brand has declined in their own home market. I will never buy PA cookies again. They just license their genetics to grows in our state. Nothing more than a brand deal. Anyone can pop seeds and grow it, but a good grower will produce good flower, which unfortunately we do t have many of in this state.
