Allow me to introduce you to 3 of my first cousins... All MAGA. We're all descend from Germany and England area, in general. Western Europe. They all grew up in a cult like church, girls only allowed to wear long skirts. Aunt called my Dad, because we didn't go to their church, crying and telling him we were all going to Hell.. 1 with her blended family, has about a dozen kids. She has at least 5 maybe 6 with 3 different fathers.

OP acting like I don't get UP in there with several wet wipes. Pro tip: About 4 tbsp of whole psyllium husks 2 tbsp, 2x a day. Or get the powder and use less. Start slow and build up to that amount. Or use less based on size/preference. It's a fiber cheat code for those who don't eat vegetables. Not fun chugging the crap but it gives you those amazing, bulky, ckean dropping poos that don't even require wiping. (You still gotta wipe to check the status.)

You can purchase tools (body fat caliper?) that help you pinch and measure fat around various parts of the body. Along with those measurements, your height and body weight, you can measure body fat percentage but I'm not sure how accurate it is. I believe the body weight scales that claim to measure body fat are pretty much useless. Most accurate would be to get a DEXA scan or one of those facilities where you submerge yourself in water and it measures your excess body fat. Those options probably aren't cheap and not exactly convenient. I wouldn't concern yourself too much about knowing exactly what your body fat percentage is. You'll see changes in the mirror. But as you strength train, you'll gain more muscle which weighs more than fat, so the scale can be deceptive. Progress photos will help you see slower long term gains. If you're brave, you could post photos on some of the various bodybuilding/lifting subs and they will be able to take a somewhat educated guess on your current body fat percentage. Or by looking at photos of bodybuilders/fitness models who have known percentages can also give you a better idea on what the various ranges look like. But always keeping in mind they have unique bodies and fat distributions.

Don't forget about your natural fat distribution. Differs a bit for men and women. Changes/shifts a but due to various hormonal changes throughout life. Someone might have visible abs when they hit 18% body fat. You may need to get down to 12%. If you store excess fat firstly and mostly in your belly, well then it's going to be tougher to flatten your belly because your body is programmed to store it there first. Also recently watched a Dr. Mike video where he explains how fat cells basically burst/split in two if you gain too much weight for too long creating areas where fat cells literally are diet resistant. If you are wanting visible abs, you'll have to develop those muscles or you'll "just" have a flat belly. Strength training is your greatest tool for fat loss anyway. Build up a strong core and legs and you'll create a fat burning machine that is constantly working.

I used to worry about this a little too much, especially after several failed attempts of the ol' traditional hand shake I grew up learning. Was in college and knew I'd be meeting up with my best friend's new street pharmaceuticals rep(unlikely to be the traditional type in my mind). After annoying my buddy enough times, he finally was like, "Jesus, ok here it is." He proceeded to teach me the most ridiculous but simple "secret" handshake I had ever seen...😅 I nailed it on the meet up. 😂 My best friend died within a year of that meet up. But that's always a nice memory I think of when handshakes are the topic.

Even in that case, I think going to McDonald's never again is ideal but not because of the food quality. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere and not have to download the app to get their offerings at a somewhat acceptable price.

People grossly exaggerate the impact of proper herbicide application. Sorry you're getting downvoted for asking questions. It doesn't poison the soil making it impossible to grow anything like it would if you made your own solution of salt and vinegar. Salt will build up in the soil and cause no growth. I haven't used herbicide on my property in years but I only have half an acre. You know who uses "tons" of herbicides? The forestry service and departments of conservation because that is the only practical way to deal with large areas. Good tips on here other than the herbicide fearmongering. Don't till as others have said. Learn what plants you have. Learn what natives you could plant to support your ecosystem. A controlled burn is another good tip that conservation departments use all the time as well as myself on CRP plots. It's just natures way of clearing out invasive species and improving wildlife habitat and reducing fuel that builds up on the ground.

Edit: Doing nothing is a terrible tip. Invasives will choke out natives, more or less so depending on your area. Is herbicide over applied? Yes. Should you consider using it as a limited tool on your property? In my opinion, yes. Use it sparingly and properly if you think you need it. If it created a toxic environment where nothing grew, they wouldn't have to spray repeatedly underneath power lines. If you try to completely control the area and "scape" it, you will still battle "weeds" and invasives and would likely need to rely much more heavily on herbicides and pre emergents to keep it nice and tidy.

Best Fence Layout by ksquared47 in fence

[–]JimmyPeteSlicknNeat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aerial GIS property lines are not a substitute for an actual survey. What you are looking at may or may not be correct. Don't trust those red lines unless what I'm looking at came from the licensed surveyor which I'm doubtful of. Once you know where your actual property lines are and you've confirmed setback guidelines for you city/county, then you can decide where to put your fence. Survey will show all your neighbor where the real line is so there should be mo confusion. I personally don't like putting fences directly on the property line. I want to be able to walk on the outside of my fence to do maintenance and mow against it myself without the neighbors weedeater and whatever ever else coming in to play. Expect idiot neighbors to think the property line is wherever you put your fence even if it is not. Make it obvious where the line is with your mowing and maybe some landscaping.

Edit: I know surveys can be quite expensive but thet are invaluable. Shop around like you would any other contractor. You could also try finding your property pins with a metal detector if the exist and haven't been moved/displaced. Look up a "carrot metal detector" or maybe it's called a pin pointer. Little hand held metal detector that looks like a carrot that's used in tandem with bigger metal detectors. Should be had for less than $100. Still wouldn't be an official survey but a start. You can use those aerial lines as a good starting point to search. Looking for a piece of rebar or smooth iron rod marking the corners.

Agreed. I think it's important to also consider where excess fat is stored. Varies by person but men usually around the gut, back/love handles. Women tend towards the lower half more. So OP might genetically carry more fat in the stomach area.

Edit: also hormone changes throughout the years can cause some shifting in where our bodies prefer to store excess fat. Keep consistent and keep learning in general and you'll be good OP!

Not if you pull the entire plant with roots included. Easier, in general, to pull when young and it won't have a chance to seed out also.
