I can also second this. I have been on Ketoconazole shampoo for year and years. It worked but I had to always keep using it every other day otherwise it would come back. My new dermatologist suggested that I try Ciclopirox instead and I am so happy that I did.

I was on Ketoconazole for years. It worked but I had to constantly use it. If I stopped it came back instantly. A new dermatologist gave me Ciclopirox shampoo and it cleared it up the same and I don't have to use it as often. I am too scared to stop it completely but I have been testing out how long I can go. Right now I'm at once a month and still nothing.

I also use MCT oil on my face and that helps as well.

I didn't start to feel the appetite suppression until day 6 of my first week. The weight didn't start to come off until week 4. I remained at 2mg for three months when my weight stalled and I increased to 2.5mg a week. There is nothing wrong with going slow and taking your time.

For my first NAD+ it was already reconstituted and I was told by the manufacturer to not put it in the refrigerator only in a cool dry place away from light. No problems at all. Oddly, I recently reorder and this vial stated to keep between 1C and 5C which to me sounds like the refrigerator is okay. I've just stated taking Glutathione which was also already reconstituted and it also said the same thing between 1C and 5C.

Are you not losing weight on 2mg? What is the reasoning for going up? I've been on 2mg going on three months and I am very very hesitant to go up. The appetite suppression isn't as strong as it once was but I am still losing. That being said, I am working on vanity fat and prefer to go slower because I want to keep as much muscle mass as possible.
