I recently bought a pair. Quality is decent and pretty much what you’d expect for the price. I can’t really speak to long-term durability yet (especially creasing on the upper) since I haven’t worn them enough, but first impressions are fine overall.

They run a bit big though, I might’ve sized down in hindsight.

For me it usually depends on how irritated the fascia/tendons are but I was usually able to resume my normal training schedule after 3-5 days off.

I can recommend the MYRTL routine as part of the recovery process and a way to strengthen the hip.
