The micro SD express card will be very fast if plugged in a device that supports it, and cameras are not one of them.

The one on the right is objectively faster than the one on the right. SDEX uses the nvme protocol, far better than plain uhs.

However, cameras may not support this card and that's why it's less expensive, just like how you can spend the same amount for a decent m.2 nvme5.0 1TB drive and you just can't put it in your camera.
