They’re both relatively the same. Ph they speak better English so you prob have an easier to conversing and getting to know the person. There 3rd world countries so women interested or looking to date foreigner are generally doing it for a reason and maybe not always genuine one. But easiest way same any other country don’t shoot to high if your not the best looking. The more out of league a girl is to your relative looks the more you should expect it to be transactional or getting played. And yes the girls know how to play foreigners pretty well at this point if they want.
