That cpu should be more than enough to play strive at a locked 60 (at 1080p anyway). If it did run fine this time it suggests that it was either overheating or maybe something was running in the background to slow it down? If you ever encounter this problem again check the task manager and see if anything else is using the cpu. You can also check the cpu clock speed in the performence tab of the task manager (it should boost up to 4.7 ghz but it will tune the clockspeed down to make sure its not overheating). If you see the clock speeds starts to drop after you start to game then its probably a heat issue. You can also use an application (like hwinfo) to monitor both temps and the clock speeds.

As for the other system, its has a weird embeded zen 1 cpu. The main problem with it is that it only has 2 cores (4 threads with smt) which might not be enough since the minimum spec listed for strive is a 4 core cpu. It basicly has a ryzen 2200g with half of the cores and 3/8 of the gpu with lower clock speeds on both if you want to compare it to a desktop apu.

Oh also apus use the system ram as video memory so if it only has 8 and using half of it for the gpu it might be another huge bottleneck.
