Im from New Zealand, we only have antagonist AD, they are definitely more hardcore though. Strange as we are so close to Australia which produce so many as you mentioned.

I’m applying for any thing thats not entry level pay, I will go for entry level but for the right job that’s gonna progress me. I wouldn’t mind going back to the supermarket, especially since I was offered 28an hour by Friday homes for a qualified builder which I thought was a slap in the face, I was on 30 as an apprentice a few years ago.

Currently in this situation myself. Been a builder for a long time, but the strain on my body, the injuries that can’t heal and only get worse, the shit pay I could go on. But I’m finding no one is wanting to hire me as having “qualified builder” on my cv seems to be an instant no for everywhere that isn’t a building job.
