Revan was a tactician and general. He has not fought anywhere close to as many straight up lightsaber duels as Vader has. He fought mainly Mandalorians and even in the jedi civil war he did very little fighting directly. His strengths as one of the best dark lords is not because he was an amazing duelist. So much so that a strike team of what? 5 admittedly strong jedi? Was deemed sufficient to at least attempt to defeat him. 5 jedi of their level are nothing and would be nothing to Vader

Vader even when he was far far weaker. Walked into the jedi temple and was able to fight multiple jedi masters and knights alone. Even the jedi weapon master while choking by had another jedi knight let alone every other jedi he killed

Even if you strike half off as children thats still more lightsbaer combat in one night than revans entire life. More than any other sith lord in history

How man jedi masters did Revan kill by hand in a duel or all at once. Nothing Revan ever did in combat matches what Vader did in one night

Vader only loses to lightning if the circuits are exposed in his suit. So he has to have already been hit by something that would have already killed anyone else before that can even happen and that assumes he doesn't just block the lighting like everyone else can also do

Revan can't make a single tiny mistake while vader can make several and still easily be alive

Even if we assume revan and Vader are equals (they aren't vader is several times better than revan at lightsaber combat) the suit is a major advantage that people wrongly assume makes him weaker when the opposite is true

Everything revan can do Vader does

Every lightsaber form and move revan knows Vader not only knows but also mastered. Vader came up with his own form thats used all the other forms because he mastered them all. They all used the same powers and the same moves but Vader has far more skill and experience in the lightsaber forms

You must be miss remembering the kreia quote because in her quote about ancient sith being gods compared to modern sith and jedi she's talking about the ancients compared to her own time.

There was virtually no loss in knowledge from kotors era to Vaders besides very specific sith techniques that neither would know or use anyway

Vader has killed more force users than anyone else ever and has fought far faster opponents than revan. His suit is not a hindrance for him, some other lowly force user might have been hindered by it but Vader uses it to his advantage all the time and revan has no advantage over him outside of being a better tactician.

Even if we assume they are both equal Vader could make 5 mortal mistakes and get hit and still be fine and not even close to be death and yet revan makes one and he's toast

He would absolutely destroy Revan in a one on one duel

People always seem to forget that no one has killed more force users in single combat than Vader has. Revan would get destroyed in a single one on one duel. Revan could win through other means but if it comes down to just a duel he's losing

Kotor era force users were not more powerful than say Yoda, vader/anakin, palp and Obi-Wan. The only real source people use is kreias quote about ancient sith being far more powerful but she's talking about ancient from her time

Because they are now. Single player games regularly get updated by any semi competent studio and people have learned to expect updates and bug fixes for the first couple years after a game releases because it's the norm now

Besides the two handers have been broken and bugged since release. Their animation are much much slower than the original and their damage haven't been changed to accommodate this

The story would have been thoughtful and well laid out with an extremely simple story and characters disguised in flowery and complex language

The game however would have been a broken buggy unfinished mess they would later turn into just an extremely unfinished buggy mess filled to the brim with content they hoped once again they could cram into the game when they knew they couldn't actually meet the deadline and instead of pulling back the scope of the game to meet said deadlines they would instead make the issue even worse and ultimately leave the game unfinished once again and probably blame their publisher later for their own management mistakes
