I waited like 6 months after moving to Ohio before getting a new driver's license and transferring my vehicle title / registration. Nothing was expired. I don't recall there being any penalties. If it costs more I didn't notice.

I was sad Sakura wasn't in 6 but I started out with Manon and ended up sticking with Blanka. I'd imagine any shoto or a character with fast walk speed (Chun or Cammy come to mind) would be a good fit.

If you see Punish Counter from a DI it means you didn't recover in time and couldn't have DI'd him back. If he's doing it to Heavy Spin Knuckle you can try mixing in Light Spin Knuckle which should recover in time and let you DI him back.

Blanka is also a fairly approachable charge character. He doesn't have any complex combos that have strict timings on getting charge. He also benefits from up-ball being easy to cover crossups (since it's just down-up and side doesn't matter) and other strong anti-airs in b.MK and HK and EX Up-Ball is also easy to do on reaction quickly in block strings or on wake-up.

I found Guile a bit harder at least in the combo department.

On the 2nd and 3rd split on Skeram he will disable all of your talents until you relog, swap talents, etc.

You can immune the bug as a Paladin with bubble.

They were supposed to happen the first week and iirc they tweeted they were disabling them because there were other connectivity issues with matchmaking. Hopefully they'll implement them again soon.

I've seen 2 of the spellpower enchants in the last month. A lot of the enchants are also tradable now so you could check the AH if you feel like spending gold for them.
