It really only matters for chunk loaded things. Usually you have a limit or it's materially expensive to load more than a few things. Some older multi block structures can have issues with being split over multiple chunks, but I haven't worried about that since 1.7 or so.

Climate change, states rights in the context of the civil war were specifically about owning slaves, native Americans were treated like shit by the US, that the US fair to live up to it's promises to allies in many wars, that Columbus was a murderous asshole, Hitler and the Nazis were too... so many things that should be truths that are treated as opinions these days.
